DELIVERY TIMES:

The order is normally shipped the next business day (depending on when the order is placed, size of order etc).
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD couriers, depending upon parcel weight.
Delivery times in the UK vary from 1 day to 4 days, depending upon destination and service you elected to use.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail unless we specify.
International delivery times vary from 5 to 7 business days.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £24.99 [(before VAT)]. Shipping charges apply for UK orders under £25.00 and to international orders – see below.

Shipping costs

  • UK orders over £24.99 (before VAT) – FREE
  • UK orders under £25.00 – £3.50
  • Europe, USA and rest of world – shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart at checkout, according to the weight of the order.

 

Return & Refund Policy

At InfiniVit we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible Products

All non-perishable, unopened, and unused supplements purchased from our website are eligible for return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items, opened products, or sale/discounted items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: info@infinivit.co.uk within 30 days of your delivery date. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you to send the item back, and issue a full refund once we receive the return. We aim to provide a hassle-free return experience.
